In this role, you’ll develop and execute product strategies, prioritize features, and oversee the entire product development lifecycle.
Your responsibilities will include researching the market and competition, conducting customer interviews, and brainstorming with stakeholders to curate ideas. You’ll translate business requirements into practical tech solutions, create mock-ups, and conduct UX research. Managing the product development cycle from design to launch, you’ll work closely with the development team. Additionally, you’ll prioritize customer tickets and feature development with the tech team, balancing immediate needs with long-term goals.
-Previous hands-on experience in leading cross-functional teams and project management.
-Exceptional communication skills with the ability to articulate complex ideas to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
-Proficient in asking relevant questions to gather feedback from various parties such as technical teams, account teams and customers.
-Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to define the real problems and come up with creative solutions.
-Strong interest in digital marketing and a deep understanding of its trends and technologies.
-Competent in working independently and with various internal and external parties.
-Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
-Experience in using data to drive product decisions.
-Familiarity with UX design principles and creating wireframes or mock-ups.
-Proven experience in digital marketing, programming, design, entrepreneurship, or product management is a plus.
