This website and online application (hereafter referred to as the “Service” or “Services”) are owned and operated by CKA Teknoloji A.Ş., a Turkish registered company at the Turkish Chamber of Commerce with number 2111265034 located at Levent Mah, Mor Karanfil Sk. No:6 Besiktas/Istanbul (hereafter referred to as “crwizard”, “we” or “us”), in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

These Privacy Policies govern your use of the Service. By accessing or using the Service, you accept these Privacy Policy in full and without reservation.

We recommend that you read this Privacy Policy, furthermore, crwizard may change this Privacy Policy at any time. If the Privacy Policy is updated, we will send a notification and ask you to accept them the first time you use the Service. 6. We may use following Google services on your behalf for our app to function;
   Google Content API for Shopping to manage your products and feeds in Google Merchant Center,Google Analytics Reporting API for retrieving necesary information about your website, your products and their performance to optimize your product feeds
   Google Sheets API for enabling our users to merge data they have in Google Sheets with other data sources

Information use

7. The personal information we collect from you may be used in one of the following ways:

• To provide you with information and access to resources that you have requested from us.
• To provide you with technical support (your information helps us to better respond to your individual needs)

Your use of any Third-Party Services may be subject to the third-party provider’s terms and conditions and privacy policy and may involve the disclosure or transfer of information from or about you to the third-party provider. You will need to make your own independent judgment regarding your use of and interaction with any Third-Party Services. You acknowledge and agree that crwizard is not responsible for the availability of any Third-Party Services and that crwizard shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with you use of or interaction with any Third-Party Services.

Children’s privacy

15. Our Service does not address anyone under the age of 13 (“Children or Child”). We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from Children. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your Child has provided us with Personal Information, please contact us. If we become aware that we have collected Personal Information from a Child without verification of parental consent, we take steps to remove that information from our servers.

Data retention

16. We may retain your personal information as long as you continue to use the Services, have an account with us, or for as long as is necessary to fulfil the purposes outlined in the policy. You can ask to close your account by contacting us at the details above, and we will delete your personal information on request. Backups of the data will be destroyed after 30 days.

We may, however, retain personal information for an additional period as is permitted or required under applicable laws, for legal, tax, or regulatory reasons, or for legitimate and lawful business purposes.

Changes
