We’re eager to connect with junior growth managers who have a passion for generating leads and selling. If you’re interested in spotting high-quality leads, communicating with potential clients, and converting leads into customers, we’d like to meet you. In this role, you’ll primarily focus on generating new leads for the company from multiple channels, creating growth strategies, and automating some growth tasks to accelerate the process. Additionally, you’ll take an active role in the sales process to close deals. You’ll collaborate with the company’s CEO and Head of Accounts to help shape the lead generation and growth strategy, while also being an essential part of the execution process.
-Fluent English skills, both written and spoken.
-Strong analytical skills with the capability to create short and long-term strategies using various data sources such as market research, our position, lead generation results, and customer meetings.
-Proficient in asking relevant questions to understand problems in the lead generation to closure process and during customer meetings.
-Skilled at identifying repetitive tasks and automating them using different tools available in the market.
-Competent in working independently and with various internal and external parties.
-Proven track record in B2B sales and lead generation or equivalent experience.
-Demonstrated experience in managing different external agencies.
-Familiarity with CRM software and lead generation tools is a plus.
-A proactive and results-oriented mindset with the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
